A very special year comes to an end. One that saw the third season of the Gokart Series complete in one of the best races the series has seen so far. A year which saw another season with international races - also in the Gokart Series. Three seasons with three different driver champions are now in the books.
Considering that this community is about a decade old by now, one wonders about the experiences made and the legacy of Racing Sports. Certainly, things have changed since then and a lot has been learned. Some things, however, remain. The goals formulated in the middle of this decade, for example, still remain the same for a major part. By now, though, new insights have been gained and thus new goals have resulted. The pedal carts which Ori and Raphael tested were confirmation and inspiration at the same time. So the pedal karting idea is being pursued and that with a lot of passion and dedication.
The sim racing is as exciting as ever and keeps providing great fun to the community. While rF1 is still popular and we have enough mods to shape years to come, other simulators are being explored.
Also a third are the Racing Sports Awards. They have become a set part of the community and this year they are awarded to special members who make a difference in RS. So here they are cheers to them.
